Calibi Sync (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use the Calibi Sync mobile application (“App”) and related services. By using Calibi Sync, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
We collect only the information needed to provide and improve Calibi Sync’s features.
We never sell or rent your personal information.
Your data is securely stored in Supabase, encrypted in transit and at rest. Supabase complies with SOC 2 and ISO 27001. While we take reasonable measures, no system is 100% secure.
We do not share personally identifiable health data with advertisers.
Data is kept only while your account is active. Once deleted, all entries and files are permanently removed.
Calibi Sync is not intended for users under 13 (or 16 where required by law). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Your data may be processed and stored in the U.S. or other regions where Supabase operates. By using Calibi Sync, you consent to these transfers.
Calibi Sync provides holistic wellness insights only. It is not medical advice and does not replace professional diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The latest version with its effective date will always appear here and in the App.

By downloading or using Calibi Sync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the App. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Calibi Sync offers cycle tracking, symptom logging, workout and meal tracking, journaling, and holistic wellness insights. It is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by law) to use the App.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials. Contact support@calibisync.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, and cancellations follow your platform’s terms. We do not store payment details.
You may record cycle, workout, meal, symptom, journal, and photo data. You retain ownership but grant Calibi Sync a limited license to process and display your data to provide app features.

Calibi Sync is for educational and holistic wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice.
All content and trademarks belong to Calibi Sync and are protected by law. Do not copy or reuse without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You can delete your account anytime, which removes your stored data.
Calibi Sync is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calibi Sync and its service providers (including Supabase and RevenueCat) against claims arising from your use of the App or breach of these Terms.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, USA. Disputes will be handled in Missouri courts.
