You can view previously synced data offline. New entries need a connection to sync to your account.

Calibi Sync (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use the Calibi Sync mobile application (“App”) and related services. By using Calibi Sync, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide and improve Calibi Sync’s features.

Account Information: email, display name, height, weight, birthday, and wellness goals.
Cycle & Wellness Data: menstrual cycle details, symptoms, intimate days, workouts, meals, journal entries, and progress photos.
Device & Usage Data: anonymized device info, app version, and crash logs to improve stability.
Payment Data: processed securely through RevenueCat and the App Store. We do not store payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored through Supabase and protected using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit. While we take reasonable measures, no system is 100% secure.

RevenueCat — subscription verification and billing status.
Anonymous analytics — performance metrics only.

We do not share personally identifiable wellness data with advertisers.

5. Your Rights & Controls

View & Edit: update profile info anytime.
Delete Account: request deletion of your account and associated stored data.

6. Data Retention

Data is kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

7. Children’s Privacy

Calibi Sync is not intended for users under 13, or under 16 where required by law. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in the U.S. or other regions where our service providers operate. By using Calibi Sync, you consent to these transfers.

Calibi Sync provides holistic wellness insights only. It is not medical advice and does not replace professional diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Calibi Sync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the App. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Calibi Sync offers cycle tracking, symptom logging, workout and meal tracking, journaling, progress tracking, and holistic wellness insights. It is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 where required by law, to use the App.

4. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials. Contact support@calibisync.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions, Trials & Payments

Calibi Sync may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store. Your subscription is managed by your Apple ID and billed through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

If a free trial is offered, the trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

We do not store payment card details. Billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to Apple’s App Store terms and policies.

6. User-Generated Data

You may record cycle, workout, meal, symptom, journal, and photo data. You retain ownership of your data but grant Calibi Sync a limited license to process and display your data solely to provide app features.

7. Data Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Non-Medical Disclaimer

Calibi Sync is for educational and holistic wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

9. Acceptable Use

Do not use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Do not upload or share offensive, infringing, or unlawful content.
Do not hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the App.

10. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, design, and trademarks belong to Calibi Sync or its licensors and are protected by law. Do not copy or reuse without permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You can delete your account anytime, subject to retention required by law or legitimate business obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

Calibi Sync is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calibi Sync and its service providers, including Supabase and RevenueCat, against claims arising from your use of the App or breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to the App

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to provide notice when changes materially affect your use of the App.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
